As trainers, we are highly involved with our delegates, and are experts at getting under their skin to find out what they do; what their needs are, and what they want to be able to do better. We prepare very carefully. This enables us to be flexible in our programmes, and we adapt if the needs change during the training. However, we always focus on the objectives of the training, and make sure we meet those objectives.

We are good actors. We believe enactment to be a crucial aspect of the learning that takes place on a training course. We replicate the situations that our delegates face in the office, in meetings and presentations. We identify what you do well, and work with you where you need improvement. We help you identify ways of communicating better, and offer simple, practical models that you can use back at work. We give feedback that is relevant, intelligent and useful.

We are fascinated by language, and how language influences mood, communication and relationships. We explore language with you, and help you find the best language for the situation you are handling.

We have very high standards, and put huge efforts into ensuring the training is relevant, practical, active and fun. We help people perform the best they can.

We believe fun to be a crucial element in the success of any training. We love to train, and we want you to enjoy it. We will do our best to make sure that your time with us is really useful - applicable to your working life, and memorable.

We use models that are simple and memorable. We don't overload with theory, though there is an intellectual background to everything we do.
