Business Writing Skills
Course Objectives
Being able to write clear, effective documents, e-mails and memos is an indispensable business skill. This course focuses on how to write effective, well-structured documents, where the writer puts the reader in the picture, identifies the readers’ needs and interests, and ensures that the content is clearly presented. It examines how to put the message across in the most effective way, the most appropriate use of language, and the layout of the text. Delegates will use samples of their own work during the course to illustrate and practise the key points of successful business writing.
