Managing Conflict
Course Description
Even though conflict between people is inevitable, it is not always negative. What is most important is how it is handled. Managed well, it can release tension between people, and spur creativity. Managed poorly, it can poison the atmosphere in the workplace, and destroy relationships. This course is designed to help delegates understand why conflict occurs, and to give them the tools to manage it effectively.
By the end of the training, delegates will:
- understand why conflict is inevitable
- understand that not all conflict is negative
