Course Description
We all have to negotiate in our personal lives as well as at work. When you negotiate in your job, you are usually trying to reach a deal that will last and will bring benefits to both sides. However, to negotiate successfully is an art; it is tough and challenging, and there are key skills that experienced negotiators use to achieve a 'win-win' conclusion. This course identifies the key skills of negotiating, as well as providing a practical framework for preparing a negotiation. It looks at how to identify your key targets, work out your tactics, and how to deal with difficult negotiators. It also focuses on the language of negotiation.
